Online reservations provide guests with the ability to make a reservation 24/7. Once a reservation comes over, the guest is sent a confirmation and several e-mail correspondences (driving and check in instructions) and or phone calls, to assist with questions about the property or area, it also offers some additional screening. We find that our level of personal contact, helps us know more about the guests and extends a friendly level of expertise.
Mt. Baker Vacation Rentals provides new clients with complimentary intense cleaning and Professional Home Staging. We will also provide an inventory of what you already have (sheets, dishware, etc.) and suggestions as to what your property needs.
