Open airy gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Living Area includes leather furniture, huge stone fireplace, hardwood floors & vaulted ceiling. Dining area seats 8 +. The second floor features the Master Suite w/queen-sized custom log bed. Master bath w/jetted Jacuzzi Tub. Twin Bed and Foosball Table (located in the Master Suite). W/D. The newly renovated Hot Tub Area is private. Large deck. New Gas BBQ. Local calls only. *Not recommended for loud party”s, due to full time resident next door. Sorry no Pets.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Reservations cancelled prior to thirty days (30) will be subject to a one night cancellation fee. If a Cancellation is within thirty days (30) prior to our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the entire reservation payment shall be forfeited by the Guest, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration. In which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of one night shall be withheld (including cleaning fee & taxes), and the remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. We do our due diligence to re book the reservation in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued by check, within 10 days of the original date of arrival.

Deposit Policy

50% of reservation (not including fees & taxes) is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (MBVR will run the card automatically)
