The lower level features a large family room (1 of 2) with a gas free standing stove, a 52" TV, DVD player and plenty of cozy furniture to relax and unwind after a day in the mountains. Store your mountain gear in the locked garage. This floor also has a 3/4 bathroom with shower. The Main Floor (2nd level) living area features floor to ceiling windows (a view of the Snowline Pond), a rock wall gas fireplace and another large Flat screen TV. A large Sectional Couch to take in the light, and treed mountain views. A Chef's entertaining kitchen has everything you need to prepare your gourmet meals! Large kitchen Island with gas range and bar stools, stainless appliances (DW, Refrigerator, and Microwave). A coffee bar area with wine/beverage fridge and wet bar. A Beautiful modern farm table makes this eat-in kitchen complete. Just off the kitchen, the wrap around deck has a gas BBQ and outdoor lounge seating. The main level has 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The third floor loft is home to the 350 square foot Primary bedroom with an ensuite. Featuring a King size bed, the large ensuite bathroom has a steam shower!

Main floor Laundry/mudroom with full size W/D. Out this door is a large deck with outdoor seating for summer meals with hanging party lights. The Full size hot tub will be waiting after a long day!

Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River that borders a portion of the Snowline Property. *NOTE - The Pool, Clubhouse and Common areas are not available for Guest use

Cancellation Refund Policy: Reservations canceled prior to twenty-one (21) days will be subject to a 1/2 night cancellation fee (Plus transaction fees and taxes). If a Cancellation is within twenty-one (21) days prior to our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the entire reservation payment shall be forfeited by the Guest, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration. In which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of 1/2 night shall be withheld (including transaction fees & taxes), and the remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest.  We do our due diligence to re book the reservation in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued via cc, within 10 days of the original date of arrival.  We strongly suggest purchasing a separate Travel Insurance Policy with your reservation. MBVR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  "Lack of Snow",  Ski Area Closures or conditions. ** Unfortunately  we are unable to confirm some reservations booked outside of 60 days from the date of booking, due to properties that may be sold.  In the event of a sale, properties booked outside of 60 days, will be moved to a similar property if possible/available.  If we are unable to move you, or if you decide to cancel we will issue a full refund immediately.​
