The Alpine Cabin - Sleeps 4-6 (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Comfortable 2 bed/2 bath. This cozy cabin is perfect for 3 couples/friends or a small family with kids. Smart TV, 2 large leather couches, free standing gas FP/Stove, in the light and bright living room!.. Basic kitchen includes fridge, microwave, gas stove/oven (sorry no dishwasher), toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, mixing bowls, mixer, etc. Large Dining room table (seats 6) Two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with a queen bed, and the second with 2 queens and a Smart TV . 3/4 bath with a full size washer/dryer. Gas Grill, Outdoor Table and Firepit! Short walk to the Nooksack River, and Chair 9 Restaurant . Perfect location for your basecamp to the Mt Baker Wilderness Area!
*NOTE - The Pool, Clubhouse and Common areas are not available for Guest use

Cancellation Refund Policy: Reservations canceled prior to twenty-one (21) days will be subject to a 1/2 night cancellation fee (Plus transaction fees and taxes). If a Cancellation is within twenty-one (21) days prior to our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the entire reservation payment shall be forfeited by the Guest, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration. In which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of 1/2 night shall be withheld (including transaction fees & taxes), and the remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest. We do our due diligence to re book the reservation in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued via cc, within 10 days of the original date of arrival. We strongly suggest purchasing a separate Travel Insurance Policy with your reservation. MBVR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR "Lack of Snow", Ski Area Closures or conditions. ** Unfortunately we are unable to confirm some reservations booked outside of 60 days from the date of booking, due to properties that may be sold. In the event of a sale, properties booked outside of 60 days, will be moved to a similar property if possible/available. If we are unable to move you, or if you decide to cancel we will issue a full refund immediately.

Deposit Policy
50% of reservation (not including fees & taxes) is required at time of booking. The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival (MBVR will run the card automatically)
