The River Run Cabin - Sleeps 4-6 (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Tasteful Log Cabin charm. 2 bed/2 bath. This cozy cabin is perfect for a smaller group, or family with kids. TV/DVD/Blue Ray Player, DVD Library or bring your own. Gas FP/stove, Stereo/MP3 system. Main bedroom with attached bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Pullout sofa in the living room. Full Kitchen has dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Krups Coffee/Espresso Maker, blender. * Per Whatcom County Health Regulations, we are not allowed to provide any condiments, etc.; not even S & P, so please bring your own. Ready for your Mt Baker Experience! Just 20-25 minutes to the ski area,. Relax in the Hot Tub after a long day on the mountain. Wi-fi. Short walk to the River. * Road can be slick in the winter. 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended

Cancellation Refund Policy: Reservations canceled prior to twenty-one (21) days will be subject to a 1/2 night cancellation fee (Plus transaction fees and taxes). If a Cancellation is within twenty-one (21) days prior to our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, the entire reservation payment shall be forfeited by the Guest, unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration. In which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of 1/2 night shall be withheld (including transaction fees & taxes), and the remaining balance shall be credited back to the Guest.  We do our due diligence to re book the reservation in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will be issued via cc, within 10 days of the original date of arrival.  We strongly suggest purchasing a separate Travel Insurance Policy with your reservation. MBVR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  "Lack of Snow",  Ski Area Closures or conditions. ** Unfortunately  we are unable to confirm some reservations booked outside of 60 days from the date of booking, due to properties that may be sold.  In the event of a sale, properties booked outside of 60 days, will be moved to a similar property if possible/available.  If we are unable to move you, or if you decide to cancel we will issue a full refund immediately.​

Covid 19 FYI

• We will continue to sanitize all obvious common areas (door handles, remotes, counter tops, surfaces etc.), using a sanitizing solution per CDC Guidelines. 
• All reservations are on a 24 hour block between bookings (on the front end and the back end) – This could change to reflect a longer break between bookings per CDC/State/County Guidelines
• We have removed extra pillows, throws, unnecessary washable items, etc., as well as paired down kitchen items and games.
• Bedding/towels are provided and are on the beds
